I am long overdue in adding a Links page and Blogroll to this site. My apologies: I’m finding, as a small business owner, that my time is stretched very thinly, and a little gentle prioritizing is the only thing keeping me in one piece.

However, I do appreciate those of you who visit regularly and so I’m going to be starting an occasional series, featuring Guest Bloggers. If you’d be interested in taking part, please leave a comment or email me, with a link to your blog or website, and either the topic you’d like to cover, or an example of an older post you could refresh for The English Organizer. Your posting does not have to be about organizing, but should be in the general realm of managing your time or designing your home, to lay the groundwork for a calm, stylish and fulfilling life.
I’m looking forward to hosting ‘old’ friends and meeting new ones, too!
I’m really not fond of champagne, but instead am raising my glass of vodka-infused Odwalla to wish you the very best of health and happiness for 2011.

I still need to add a blogroll page to this site, but in the meantime, here is some linky love and sincere thanks to all of you who’ve kept me plugging away this year:
Most referrals: Isabella & Max Rooms
Most loyal commenter: Of Peacocks and Paisleys

Well, that was quite a year. I realize, of course, there are still 2 weeks left, but since things are getting a little crazy around here and I’m hopping on a flight to London on Thursday, I’m not sure you’ll be seeing much more of me in the next eighteen days.
Thank you so much for sharing in my journey, which started in January with me still trying to identify my decorating style, and ended in December with preparations to become a full-time Professional Organizer. Quite a year!
Pictured above are images from some of my more popular posts this year. Here are some highlights, in case you missed them:

Thanks again for stopping by. I’m planning an even more colorful and exciting 2011, and I hope you’ll share it with me.
Thanks so much for making the hop to come visit me in my new home. Metaphorically speaking, I’m still unpacking the moving boxes and hanging the pictures, but later this week I’ll be celebrating my new digs with a giveaway from the kind people at luggage.com (well-timed, since so many of us travel during this season!).

In the meantime, I’d be thrilled to bits if you’d update your links/ feeds/ reader/ bookmarks/ scraps-of-paper with my new address.
And if anyone has tips and things you learned when moving from Blogger to your own domain, I’d love to hear them!
